About Copperfield Terrace
Copperfield Terrace was designed by Jamie & Jason Ratz in 2023, with a goal of opening in June 2024. Jason is a craftsman carpenter who creates works of art via Jamie’s natural gift for interior/exterior design.
While designing this glamorous venue, much thought was given to aesthetics and functionality to minimize stress the day of your event. Provisions include: large capacity, plentiful parking, handicap accessible, ability to choose your own caterer & BYOB, generous dance floor, chapel, bridal suite, chairs/tables, competitive pricing, flexible booking options, and the list goes on.
Gatherings
This 9,583 sq foot building can be used to host multiple types of gatherings accommodating up to 665 guests.

Customizable booking options for smaller gatherings using the Chapel/Room A which holds 80-112 or use of the Ball Room/Room B which holds 258-553 guests.

It's unique design is unlike any other in the area. With its elegant yet simplistic style, it fits nestled on the outskirts of town in a former field.

Weddings
For those getting married, we offer a designated ceremony space for indoor or outdoor weddings. Walk down the aisle with the simplicity of our chapel taking your marriage to new heights a gazed by the vaulted ceiling.

On-site bridal prep quarters accommodate your wedding party to enjoy pampering for the big day in their own designated room with make-up counters and LED mirrors. Picturesque space to ensure you’re satisfied with capturing photos that’ll last a life time.

Bring your own personality to the already lavished ball room offering 16 foot walls, vaulted ceilings, adjustable lighting fixtures, embrace the natural light flooding the space with the opportunity to expand the area by opening the two all glass overheads to the outdoors.
Tables and chairs to be arranged as you please to accommodate your desired layout.

Whether you decide to be on center stage or part of the crowd, there’s varying options for music entertainment to be set up.

We’ve included a caterer’s dream with a strategic design for ease of hauling in/out, a prep space, and buffet room to maximize your guests experience to enjoy the meal in a timely manner.

We very much support a church wedding and have many options in the local area; if this is something you’re interested in we are happy to provide a list with nearby options!

Catering
We allow you to pick your own caterer tailoring menu choices to your budget and taste buds. We don’t have any vendor requirements, so you’re able to bring in whomever you want. This is a HUGE saving for the overall cost of your wedding! Caters must be licensed & insured. We do have recommendations that we can share with you if you’re interested.
Alcohol
We have contracted with TJ's Tavern who is our exclusive liquor license vendor at Copperfield offering a FULL service cash bar. ATM available on-site. Contact Jeff LeVan at 507.259.5171 to secure your date & go through details.
We have a portable bar that you can use if you want to bring in outside alcohol to offer your guests at no cost. If you bring in your own liquor you can not charge guests money for it.
Lodging
Hotels can be found around the larger cities within Wabasha, Rochester, and Winona.
Other
Flexibility in your choice of any and all vendors including photography, florists, ordains, etc.!
